I am currently a sixth grade teacher at Rutherford Elementary in Mesquite ISD. I enjoy teaching and using the technology in our building to help students create their presentations that demonstrate what they know about the subjects being taught.

Some Basic Texas Educational Sites

TENET Web -- This site displays information about the services that TENET can provide. It lists qualifications and prices for subscribing to the service.

East Texas State University -- This page basically lists the information that prospective students would want to know about this university. It lists the departments, both academic and administrative, various centers and organizations, and other general information.

Texas A&M University -- This is a very attractive page advertising the university. It gives information about current events, maps, indexes, etc.

Mathematics Archive -- This page provides several resources for mathematics teachers in grades K-12. It provides sample lesson plans, lists of schools that are interested in promoting mathematics, catalogues of computer software, and lists of other various sites that involve math.

AIMS Education Foundation -- AIMS lists many places to visit on the Internet. It includes information about its publications, product catalogues, workshops, and other things. It also has a database for all of its activities for math and science.

ENC online -- This site contains endless resources for the mathematics teacher. It lists its publications, resources, services, and lesson plans. Included are other lists of pages that support the teaching of mathematics.
