The Story of the Titanic

As an educator, why should we use the Internet as a research tool? On a practical note the Internet provides plentiful, inexpensive, and amazingly quick information retrieval to even the most isolated scholar. Another advantage of the Internet is that it can turn a once considered boring activity, research, into a motivated learning experience, particularly for younger learners.

The goal of this page is not to introduce amazing new facts or information about the Story of the Titanic, but rather to form one place where a person can come to find the very best pages on a very popular research topic and historical event. Through these sources and provided research activities, it is hoped that motivated learning can occur for you and your students. Good Luck and feel free to E-Mail me with suggestions.
