Project Proposal Format

General: Please use 1 inch margins all around, 12pt font and double
         spaced.  Please include the following information/sections:


1) Your name

2) Title (less than a sentence)

3) Tasks (2-5 sentences describing the system)

4) Function
   a. Tasks are divided into a number of subtasks called functions
   b. Each function is described in 3-7 sentences
   c. There should be at least 5 functions in this section

5) Environment
   a. Tools
   b. Systems
   c. Structure

6) Algorithm
   a. The pseudo structore of the program is described in this section

7) Sample session
   a. In this section, sample execution scenarios are shown.
