Using LION

This module covers how to search LION, the Texas A&M University-Commerce library catalog.

When you have completed this module you should be able to:

  • recognize that LION contains more than books
  • find books on a topic by using Word or Phrase,Title, Author, or Subject Term using a Power Search
  • find print journals by using a Periodical Title search
  • identify the location of books or journals
  • read a call number and use it to find items in the library
  • find an item placed on reserve using a Desk Reserve search
  • view your library account
