Studying for TExES (your certification tests)- Texas Examinations of Educator Standards..........two parts - one on your content area and one on PPR (Pedagogy and Professional Responsibilities)

Released TAKS and TAAS..........interactive online versions of released TAKS and TAAS exams:  http://www.tea.state.tx.us/student.assessment/resources/release/index.html

Once you are on that page, click on the 'interactive online versions'.  You can take the exam online and it will give you a score and show you what you got wrong.  This is not the same format as the TExES, but it is a great way to review the content on the EC-4 comprehensive and the 4-8 content area exams.   Remember that the TExES exam will have classroom scenarios that are related to your grade level.  Understanding teaching theories will play an important role in your understanding of the question as well.
